- Open the registration formIt is the “Get an account for Remote Pilot training” form on EUROCONTROL LearningZone, linked to the Luxembourg DAC.
- Fill in your detailsFirst name, last name and date of birth exactly as on your ID: they may be used for checks. See screen 1.
- Check your emailLook in your spam folder too: if a confirmation email arrives, open the link to activate your account.
- Sign inOn learningzone.eurocontrol.int tap “Login” at the top and sign in with your email and password. See screen 2.
- Course and examFollow the “UAS Remote Pilot Open Category A1+A3” course, then take the online exam: 40 questions, pass mark 75%.
- Download the certificateAt the end you receive the “Remote Pilot Certificate” as a PDF, with a 12-character LUX-RP-… number. It is valid for 5 years: keep it on your phone, you may be asked for it at the field.

- First name: as on your ID.
- Last name: as on your ID.
- Email address: one you really use.
- Birth date: your date of birth.
- Country of residence: choose your country (“Italy” if you live in Italy).
- Password: choose your own.
- Confirm password: the same password.
- Cloudflare check: wait for the green tick, or tap the box.
- Register: send the registration.

On learningzone.eurocontrol.int tap “Login” at the top right (1) and sign in with the email and password you chose when registering.

And in Italy?
- The Luxembourg certificate is as valid as the ENAC one for flying in A1 and A3.
- If you then want to take the A2 exam in Italy, it must first be notified to ENAC through its online services portal.
- Registering as an operator on d-flight and the QR on the model are done separately, in Italy.
